The terms "you," "your," "user," and "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who visits our website and/or agrees to purchase from us. 1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our Private Theatre Venue for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, and other private events. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 2. Booking & Reservations All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in person. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. 3. Payment & Pricing Prices may vary based on the event type, duration, and additional services requested. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved payment methods. All payments are non-transferable unless specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 4. Venue Usage Guidelines The venue is available only for the duration specified in your booking. Additional time may be charged. Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper conduct inside the venue. The use of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. 5. Liability & Damages We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your event. Any damage to the property or equipment caused by the customer or their guests will be charged accordingly. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate service for misconduct. 6. Event Modifications & Cancellations Any modifications to an existing booking are subject to availability. Cancellations must comply with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 7. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to deny or cancel a booking under the following circumstances: The event violates our policies. Misconduct or unruly behavior is observed.
